| Hello, |
| Using a MAKEOPTS of -j1 i was able to install gnome on my gentoo box. |
| I can log in and start orca with alt+f2. My problem is i have no |
| sound. I can determine that the orca window appears, but no audio |
| output. I do have sound at the console, as the normal user, who i'm |
| logging in as i can play audio files and the like and my mixer |
| settings are saved at each shutdown. Any ideas as to why going in to |
| gnome produces no sound? |
| Thanks. |
