Hi all,

Is it possible for a blind person to set up a Gnome environment similar
to that in Ubuntu, starting from the basic installation covered in
Gentoo's Handbook, then setting up x server plus Gnome plus Orca and all
of related dependencies?

At the moment, my idea is to start from within another distribution, probably Ubuntu,
install a base system, then emerge Speakup plus ESpeak and related
packages, then try to set up the graphical environment.

If possible, is there any tip or trick I should be aware during the
process?

Thanks,
Cleverson
