Hi David,

This is how I do it:
- put the correct BRLTTY executable from http://brlstatx.brlspeak.net on a
floppy
- boot from the live cd
- mkdir /mnt/floppy;mount /dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy;/mnt/floppy/brltty

>From that point, your braille display works. You are in the console and can
install Gentoo.
