I've setup a rsync mirror at rsync://aniani.ifa.hawaii.edu/gentoo-portage and rsync://aniani.ifa.hawaii.edu/gentoo-x86-portage.  You can also access this mirror via ftp://aniani.ifa.hawaii.edu/gentoo/rsync/ and http://aniani.ifa.hawaii.edu/gentoo/rsync/.  Please feel free to add me the portage rsync pool.  Do you need any other information from me (like geographic location)?
