Hello Admin team,
keep up the good work on gentoo great job so far. I just wanted to let you
know of problem with one of your mirrors. I have gotten the following message
3 times in the last 4 weeks from the oregonstate.edu servers. I have to wait
until the round robin changes to the next server before I can rsync my Gentoo
portage. I know that this is volunteer effort and oregonstate is donating
there bandwidth to the rsync server but your round robin needs to rotate off
them when their connections are exceeded.
Thanks for the consideration
Christopher Hammel
