For a few days now, my gcc is segfaulting with everything, including |

emerging a new gcc. |

So, my only option is to rebootstrap from a stage tar balls. |

Is it possible to rebootstrap a running system by simply untarring the |
| 9 |
desired tarballs and running bootstrap.sh and emerge system|world again |
| 10 |
? (Yes gcc from stage tarball works) |
