Hi Alpha-List,
I've installed gentoo on an alpha with the help of alpha-install and
tavisos alpha ccc document. Of course I've made some neg and pos
experiences.
If there is interest in patches, tips and tricks I would like to
share it with you!
Some notes:
- gcc 3.3.2
- glibc 2.3.2
- ccc / cxx
- kernel 2.4.22
- xfs
- grsecurity
- acl's
- ...
In the next days I will test the software. First of all glibc and gcc.
