[gentoo-alt] early note on prefix-patch for upcoming vim-7.2

Hi Grobian,

for vim-7.1 there's a patch to skip /usr/local/{include,lib} in
vim-prefix-patches tarball.
For vim-7.2a I've recreated the patch[1], which is accepted upstream
now, likely included in final 7.2 release.
