Check your $EPREFIX/etc/make.profile and make sure $EPREFIX/etc/make.conf exists. You seem to run an older Portage that has problems with those missing or broken. -- Fabian Groffen Gentoo on a different level -- gentoo-alt@l.g.o mailing list
