Right you are. Personally I'm not happy at all with this. You could |

consider yourself to be a too early adoptor. Anyway, I think this is |

haubi's "dynamic libraries" stuff and a Portage version that is not |

expecting that (.a files being "dynamic" instead of static). We really |

need haubi here so I can properly adapt Portage for that in the correct |

way, assuming I'm not mistaken at this point. |
