19 Ok, this seems to be related to the root user having a very strict
20 default umask (which makes sense). However, in fact the bootstrap
21 script does what it is asked to (respect the umask). Since we're not
22 yet into the stage were we (can) support root powered installations,
23 this problem is unfortunately an artifact of root usage.
