Yes, there are 3 seperate CD images, which contain one interix version each, and therefore there for sure is one CD suiteable for your windows version from win2k onwards :) Still I have to write down some small note which version to use for which os.... I forgot that one :))

* Windows 2K, XP, Server 2003: Uses SFU 3.5, image is gentoo-itx-3.5-x86-29052008.iso
* Windows Server 2003R2: Uses SUA 5.2, image is gentoo-itx-5.2-x86-29052008.iso
* Windows Server 2008 and Vista: Uses SUA 6.0, image is gentoo-itx-6.0-x86-29052008.iso

Theoretically there is the possibility to get yourself a 6MB installer package too, which will download a snapshot automatically – but that right now tries to download from a company internal server. Also this has no means of getting the interix setup packages, which are included on the CDs.
