Hi all,
This is just a heads up to make sure you don't think I was suicidal and
decided to kill the whole tree on your next sync. All files/digest-*
files are removed now, because they are only necessary for manifest1
support. Since they add a lot of stats and just aren't necessary any
more now (all is in the Manifest file) I decided to remove them in one
commit instead of gradually, because it greatly cleans up.
