Hi Greg,

I'm currently trying a bootstrap with prefix-launcher (svn-trunk) on
AIX: Just added another patch for gcc-4.1.1 in prefix-launcher.

When the bootstrap works, I'll release some prefix-launcher-1.3 - stay
tuned please, you likely just waste your time with prefix-launcher-1.2.
