9 why the hell the devs don't revbump an important package like gcc?!
10 this policy is really damaging: how could one know if something has
11 changed if they don't revbump?! or they could at least publish a damn
12 news for eselect news. when syncing then the user whould have been
13 advised that something has changed and gcc would have needed a
14 rebuild...
