12 Just out of my memory, here are the two things I sometime forgot to check and
13 that gave me the same problem:

15 a) remeber vmware is a virtual pc. While booting press [F2] to get to the
16 "Virtual BIOS" and check that booting from CD is selected.

18 b) if /dev/cdrom does not work, try /dev/hdc or whatever your CD really is.
19 Oh, and make sure that a box saying something like "legacy emulation" is
20 checked, otherwise it won't boot from the CD as far as I remember.
