Gentoo will never have a 6.9 version available...the devs are only |

going the modular route. |

If you really want 7.0, I would suggest unmasking it, and helping to |

identify any problems with the build or dependancies. The ebuilds |

have gotten much better in recent weeks, so it is possible that the |

problems you had previously have been resolved. |
