17 That indicates that portage thinks you have the newest version already.
18 Which version do you have? Which do you want? Is the newer version
19 masked by either package.mask (/usr/portage/profiles/package.mask
20 or /etc/portage/package.mask)? Is the newer version keyworded higher
21 than you accept?
