why the hell the devs don't revbump an important package like gcc?!
this policy is really damaging: how could one know if something has
changed if they don't revbump?! or they could at least publish a damn
news for eselect news. when syncing then the user whould have been
advised that something has changed and gcc would have needed a
rebuild...
