You are right. How big a customer would you have to be to get that sort
of attention from most proprietaryware companies? Even then, the fix
would likely take several days, minimum, because they'd have to vet and
test it, as they /couldn't/ make it simple and reveal the source code, and
whatever compiler or whatever they used to obscure the source could well
introduce bugs of its own, where none existed otherwise!
