The logs, pictures and stuff are in:
~/.kde4/share/apps/kopete
config-file is:
~/.kde4/share/config/kopeterc
User-accounts + passwords are, on my install, in the "kwallet" thing.
Wallets are at:
~/.kde4/share/apps/kwallet
