Take a look at $JAVA, $JAVA_HOME and so on. Probably your java isn't
correctly installed.
P.S.: Blackdowns' and sun' jvm are almost different. I don't remember if
the name of the plugin file is the same, but i think it's a good idea to
try only a jvm at a time with firefox.
