The Gentoo/amd64 team is proud to announce a Gentoo/amd64 2004.3 LiveDVD is 
now available via bittorrent.  The LiveDVD includes the following:

* bootable, kernel-2.6.9-r1 SMP
* speakup support for accessibility users
* CPUFREQ support for controlling CPU speed on laptops with buggy BIOS's
* Documentation in HTML, TXT and PDF formats (/mnt/cdrom/docs)
* bootstrap distfiles (/mnt/cdrom/distfiles)
* portage snapshot (/mnt/cdrom/snapshots)
* all stage tarballs (/mnt/cdrom/stages)
* packageCD binary packages (/mnt/cdrom/packages)
* packageCD source packages (/mnt/cdrom/distfiles-packages, ~800MB)
* total size: ~1.8GB

This LiveDVD should provide all the packages you need to build a GUI desktop 
from sources or using binary packages (for quick installation).  This differs 
from the universal CD since it includes the source tarballs for everything 
that is built in the packageCD.

I would appreciate it if anyone with spare bandwidth could seed this torrent.
