Yes, I am running ~amd64 (ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="amd64 ~amd64"
in /etc/make.conf.) I also changed to the 2006.0 profile, although I've
forgotten how I did that.
So far (more than 6 months), no serious problems. (Knock on wood.)
