provides an alternative service for most mailing lists.c.f. bug 424647
Currently, it is nearly impossible to have a pure stable system with
Gentoo/AMD64. I think everybody who has ACCEPT_KEYWORDS=amd64 in his
make.conf also has a rather large list of packages in
/etc/portage/packages.keywords. To adress this issue, we need either a
massive improvement in amount of menpower or a list of packages we can
to focus on. If you run a stable system and you're interested in helping
us from a long-term point of view, you could get in contact with hparker
(firstname.lastname@example.org), our Arch Testers Lead. If you don't know what Arch
Testers aka ATs are, you probably want to read this doc first.
However, if you don't want to become an AT, but still want to contribute
something to the development, please email me the content of your
/etc/portage/package.keywords to email@example.com. The data will only be
used to create a list of packages which are considered more important
than others. It will *not* be used for any other type of statistics, the
whole procedure will be totally anonymous.
Thanks in advance!
