Thanks for the replies, sorry for the delay (I've been away), |
19 |
|
20 |
re-installed sqlite, qt-sql, akondai, carried out an emerge -avtuND world |
21 |
and revdep-rebuild (which found nothing to update). |
22 |
I put the following enteries into package.use and then ran emerge -avtND |
23 |
world which found that akonadi-server needed updating. |
24 |
app-office/akonadi-server -mysql sqlite |
25 |
kde-base/akonadi -mysql sqlite |
26 |
|
27 |
Changed the DRIVER to QSQLITE3 in akonadiserverrc |
28 |
|
29 |
I now have 2 errors:- |
30 |
|
31 |
Test 9: ERROR |
32 |
-------- |
33 |
|
34 |
Nepomuk search service not registered at D-Bus. |
35 |
Details: The Nepomuk search service is not registered at D-Bus which |
36 |
typically means it was not started or encountered a fatal error during |
37 |
startup. |
38 |

|
40 |
Test 15: ERROR |
41 |
-------- |
42 |
|
43 |
Previous Akonadi control error log found. |
44 |

45 |
startup. The log can be found in <a |

File content of |
49 |
'/home/paul/.local/share/akonadi/akonadi_control.error.old': |
50 |
D-Bus session bus went down - quitting |
51 |

52 |
I have tried deleting these old files but they just come back on the next |
53 |
run. |
54 |
<snip> |
55 |
I just don't know what to try next. |
56 |
again thanks for any help |
57 |
regards |
