Im not a fan of cyclades personally and I have experienced a lot of issues 
with avocent ip kvms. They have a crappy java interface for 1 plus they tend 
to lock up in my experience. 

However I have had good experience with opengear serial consoles. They are 
easy to setup and they are cheaper last I checked.
