21 We know that the number of users with things installed is not zero. We
22 also know that by following a simple migration path, that number can
23 become zero in a way that doesn't result in any nasty surprises for
24 anyone. That's all that the Council is being asked to agree on here --
25 that rather than nuking things without warning, we should warn affected
26 users that they need to take action, and give them a reasonable about
27 of time to do so before we go around deleting anything.
