You don't need to say this twice (once here and once below). Delete this one.

"posted to the council page and lists." (only one "to" and add "lists") Please post to -dev, -dev-announce, and -council (set Reply-To: -council). Take a look at the summaries I've sent, for example: To: gentoo-council@l.g.o Cc: gentoo-dev@l.g.o, gentoo-dev-announce@l.g.o Subject: [gentoo-council] Council meeting summary for 23 October 2008 Hi all, Here is the summary from Thursday's council meeting. The complete log will show up at http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/council/ shortly.

We also agreed that 2 is enough, and we wouldn't have a 3rd.

I think this could be phrased better. For example, what are the problems GLEP 54 is trying to fix? Version ordering is not the only one. Which of those overlap with PROPERTIES=live? How about the other suggested solution on the bug, the .live thing? -- Thanks, Donnie Donnie Berkholz Developer, Gentoo Linux Blog: http://dberkholz.wordpress.com
