Looks good, I'm missing a couple of things (like my comments about
having the rules (and obligation) to choose a Secretary on the council
page, but that's fine since we decided that this should be discussed on
the -council ml anyway.
Really missing in the summary is the bash-in-the-tree issue which we
didn't discuss. Cardoe will formally take care of it with me as a backup
(since he still has limited connectivity due to the moving).
