4	Looks good, I'm missing a couple of things (like my comments about
5	having the rules (and obligation) to choose a Secretary on the council
6	page, but that's fine since we decided that this should be discussed on
7	the -council ml anyway.

9	Really missing in the summary is the bash-in-the-tree issue which we
10	didn't discuss. Cardoe will formally take care of it with me as a backup
11	(since he still has limited connectivity due to the moving).
