The discussion about EAPI-2 has settled down for a few days and Zac just |

finished adding the last features to Portage. He's planning to release |

an updated portage version with complete support for EAPI-2 tomorrow. |

Thus, I would like to formally request the council members to discuss |

this EAPI and to approve it. |
