After investigating on the reasons of why this is an election instead of |

picking the next in line, I found out that is so because the correction |
| 13 |
to GLEP39 decided says that to be the procedure: |

The acceptance didn't seem to be unanimous due to some council members |

preferring an election to be hold for the spot, therefore an election is |

held. |

In that spirit, as the second in line based on the full election in |

summer, I accept the nomination with the same platform[1] except for the |

last three lines talking about GUADEC, as they are obviously out of date |
