After investigating on the reasons of why this is an election instead of
picking the next in line, I found out that is so because the correction
to GLEP39 decided says that to be the procedure:

The acceptance didn't seem to be unanimous due to some council members
preferring an election to be hold for the spot, therefore an election is
held.

In that spirit, as the second in line based on the full election in
summer, I accept the nomination with the same platform[1] except for the
last three lines talking about GUADEC, as they are obviously out of date
now.
