11 After investigating on the reasons of why this is an election instead of
12 picking the next in line, I found out that is so because the correction
13 to GLEP39 decided says that to be the procedure:

15 The acceptance didn't seem to be unanimous due to some council members
16 preferring an election to be hold for the spot, therefore an election is
17 held.

19 In that spirit, as the second in line based on the full election in
20 summer, I accept the nomination with the same platform[1] except for the
21 last three lines talking about GUADEC, as they are obviously out of date
22 now.
