I'm forwarding a mail from blubber cause he seems to have problem with mails.
This is about a new subproject, which goal is to have gentoo config tools. I
let blubber speak:

We are looking for people interested in designing a set of tools for
administrating a Gentoo (desktop) machine. The first phase will be to come up
with a set of requirements, specifing which tools to make, and there
functionality . All tools should have plugable interfaces, so we can me GUI and
non-GUI versions.
