Ugh.  Just getting around to it now (I temp-accepted the cert before), 
and that's a pretty mean looking EULA they have there!  I guess my 
tolerance for such things is much lower than it used to be, as I didn't 
even get thru reading the thing.  I've not agreed to anything like that 
in awhile and I'm not going to start again now, so I guess I'll just have 
to wait for an official KDE update for the general case.  Meanwhile, I'll 
perm-accept that specific bank cert, so won't be bothered any more by it, 
unless it changes again.
