I have a SONY DSC-P32 digital camera and i had trouble mounting it. |
2 |
I switched to udev recently because with devfs i had no /dev/sda1 device. Now |
3 |
everything seems to be ok with udev, but my SONY camera still does not work. |
4 |
Maybe i don't know the right device to mount. Should i modprobe some |
5 |
modules for this (like vfat,usb-storage) ? And what is the right device ? |
6 |
Before I used Fedora Core 2 with udev and the camera was working perfectly. |
7 |
I use dev-gentoo-sources 2.6.9. compiled with devfs only / without devfs |
8 |
automount. I have "gentoo=nodevfs" in the grub.conf. |
9 |
I hope GENTOO OS is not so advanced so to forget about this old technology |
10 |
called USB, because i was beginning to like gentoo. |
