For the record, evo only uses dbus to spit out new email notifications; |

the only consumer of these messages is the mail notification applet. In |

the past, running the mail notification applet has caused instability in |

evo, although it seems to be working fine at the moment. If you don't |

use the mail notification applet, then it's safe to build evo without |

dbus. |
