There is also nowhere in the cups documentation that actually tells you that
you can use lpd://lpd-server/printername?reserve=on when you need to print to
an lpd server that requires you to use a reseved port. This used to be
default behaviour, but that was changed, however they didn't tell how to
override ;-)
