3	It is that time again, in a week and a day the council will convene for
4	the September meeting. Please let me know as soon as you can if you have
5	any topics that you wish for the council to vote on.

7	There is 1 suggested agenda item so far:
8	- Make signing of Manifests mandatory (bonsaikitten)

10	Please let me have your suggestion on or before 17:00 GMT tomorrow, so I
11	can send out the draft agenda within the required deadline.
