As it seems some people didn't read my my Post Scriptum for grozin let's 
make a separate post. New developer announcements aren't technical and 
as such belong more to -project than -dev so they will be sent to 
-dev-announce and -project from now on. You should also direct your 
answers to -project instead of -dev unlike some people who seem to be 
still responding to -dev although the announcements where never posted 
there. This also applies to other !technical threads.
