Hi, news from Haskell land!
dev-lang/ghc-bin has been merged into dev-lang/ghc, available with
USE=binary emerge dev-lang/ghc.
Thus there is no need for ghc-bin...
This severely simplifies writing dependencies for haskell applications
and libraries, and keeping things consistent.
