*.overlays.gentoo.org aka pelican.gentoo.org is finally back. Beside
some (minor) trouble its a old/slow "lady", so it took much longer than
expected. Sorry for that but I wanted to finish the upgrade first and
reboot afterwards to ensure everything will work as expected afterwards,
without file corruption or anything else.
