[gentoo-dev] Portage and dependencies

I was just wondering if there's a way to setup portage so that it takes care 
of all the dependencies itself. Right now it just tells me what dependenies 
it needs and doesn't install them. If its not included, it would be a nice 
feature, and would make it more like FreeBSD ports.
