| 1 | kdelibs has failed to build again. I am going to try and wind back the |

| 5 | 1. is it possible to overide the make.conf optimisation flags on the |
| 6 | emerge command line? |

| 8 | 2. can optimisation flags be set in the ebuild file, that also overide |
| 9 | the make.conf settings? |

| 11 | 3. Is it possible to set somewhere a permanent optimisation flag for a |
| 12 | particular package somewhere where it wont get overwritten on upgrade? |
