There is a binary package for glibc-2.2.2 available in the |

snapshots/sys-libs subdir. The bootcd contains |

network modules and the required binaries to setup network manually. So |

it should be possible to grab the |

binary package and install it to your root partition. You must use tar |

xvjf because the package format has changed. You can ignore the trailing |

garbage errors tar puts out. We store additional package info at the |

end of the tarball that tar does not understand. |
