Hi! This is probably my fault. It should be handled by portage but probably it didn't know it needed Scrollkeeper because of a dependency problem. I'll add it explicitly to the Evo ebuild. Sorry about this!

NLS stands for Native Language Support and includes translations. Many GNOME packages won't build with this disables, not sure why really. Just leave it enabled for now.

There is a USE flag but it isn't used. I have this in my todo but haven't been able to make it work yet (haven't spent too much time on it to be honest). I'll try to look into this soon.
