[gentoo-dev] stunnel ebuild

I've always used stunnel in the past for tunneling ssl connections and
generally like it better than sslwrap (especially with it's support
for transparent proxying).  Here's an .tar.gz containing an ebuild
file for it as well as a patch to the makefile.  Hopefully this is
right :-)
