Howdy all.

GLEP #11 has been accepted by the management team (well, there was no
real unanimous decision, but there wasn't any significant opposition).

Glep #11 is currently at V1.4 and can be found in all it's html glory
right here: http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/glep/glep-0011.html

Could all the involved parties please make any comments on the current
version of the GLEP here on -dev. As I have done previously I will
collate the comments and forward a revision to the GLEP committers.

I think that the previous discussions were extremely valuable and should
serve as a good reference for the technical aspects of the
implementation.

I would like to keep the momentum going on this issue so that a solid,
reliable solution can be made part of Gentoo as soon as possible.

Thanks for your time and efforts.
