7 Recruitment being the bottleneck that it is (with candidates
8 waiting many months), it is good to have another option
9 for people who want to contribute. In my personal experience
10 proxy-maintenance is a good way into eventual devhood.
11 There is no reason not to promote the possibility of
12 proxy-maintenance.
