16 lgtm, with the caveat of leaving out the has_version bits as per
17 matt's comments for now, so we can flesh it out.

19 While we're meddling with the eclassses, could we consider fixing
20 the 'locale' calls on musl? musl guarantees a UTF 8 locale (I _think_
21 C.UTF-8) but the current eclass logic leads to log spam as the command
22 doesn't exist on musl systems.
