[gentoo-dev] nss-db

Alright, I re-installed tonight from build and nss-db broke on me.  It gave me some wierd error that had to do with an innappropriate --no-verify argument set in the configure script where it executes ltconfig.  Taking this flag out lets it compile just fine.  Achim should take heed of this most :).
